I know I have some emails and voicemails from this weekend to return, but it’s been busy and I promised Chris and Julie I would get these up before the end of the weekend! I will work on emails later tonight
Julie and Chris got married a few weeks ago in Perrysburg, with their reception at the Toledo Country Club. I was so excited for their wedding…I grew up right by the TCC, and when we moved back to Toledo we moved to a house nearby. I have always loved to see weddings there, the beautiful setups out back, the building always glowed. So I was really excited to shoot my first wedding there. It was even more gorgeous than I could have imagined!
And of course there was Julie and Chris and their families, who were all just the most wonderful people! It was no surprise after a few meetings with Julie and one with Chris, they were just the sweetest couple!
Julie told me at our first meeting that she wanted lots and lots of details. So I’m including a lot here…but I wanted to anyway, everything was so beautiful, classic, elegant. And she had the most gorgeous wedding dress I have ever seen:
I haven’t seen this before, but I loved it…all the guest, bridal party, parents, Julie and Chris lit a candle at the front of church before the ceremony started.
LOVE watching the grooms when they see their bride for the first time…the best man did too:

They have quite a story about their wedding day, everyone has stories, right? Because of a mix up for timing and the limo, we had to get the bridal party over to the Country Club quickly, but Julie and Chris really wanted shots at another location. So they got to sit in my dirty, carseat filled, mommy-mini-van! I was embarrassed, but it was worth it:
