OK, I think I will be able to come out of hiding…my mom’s side of the family is HUGE! Like somehow half of Toledo is related to me huge…and I haven’t been able to go anywhere (or read on facebook…) for the last 3 weeks without hearing when when when… because Jess is a second cousin of mine! And I actually used to baby sit for her…which makes me feel old! It was so nice to meet Chris and his wonderful family and welcome them to our family!
I’m very honored Jess chose me for her wedding, she is a graphic designer and I get so flattered when art-types pick me
And because her style and the details were amazing, if I had included everything I wanted to, this post would be four times as long.
Jess and Chris met each other when Jess went off to University of Michigan and if I heard correctly, he was still in high school…they dated all through college, so it was perfect that they had their ceremony and reception on campus. And it couldn’t have been more beautiful!!!
I had a really hard time narrowing these down to just a few. First some details, this first shot is one of my all time favorites:
These next two as well…absolute favorites, they were just radiating happiness, couldn’t stop looking at each other and were such a beautiful couple!
We laughed that this looked like it had to be an ad for something…
And our timing couldn’t have been more perfect here, go blue!
I just love the UM campus for photos:
Yellow rose petals…they couldn’t throw them at the church like they wanted, but they were perfect for this!
Reception details, love the simple, elegant cake…and Jess bedazzled this hat for the best man LOL:
The union for the reception…just gorgeous!! And Jess and Chris, gorgeous and so in love!!
